The company reserves the right to modify the present general conditions of sale at any time.
The applicable general terms and conditions are those in force at the date of registration of the order.
Our acoustic guarantees are applicable within the framework of the reduction of the nuisance of the sound sources designated as the object of the acoustic arrangements of our supply.
Our guarantees are not applicable if noise is emitted by a sound source not protected by our soundproofing devices, such as, where applicable, piping, duct, exhaust, casing, part of a noisy machine or equipment, part of a frame or wall, part of a building envelope or pre-existing protection, sub-assembly of ancillary equipment or installation and any other source not entirely inside the acoustic enclosures and silencers of our supply, the sound production of which would then be considered as part of the background noise.
In this respect, in the case of equipment including sub-assemblies intended to limit the sound production by acoustic radiation of parts subject to machining, the design was carried out taking into account dimensions that the customer confirmed to us that they allowed us to include entirely in the acoustic protections

About the verification of acoustic performance, it is understood to be carried out following the measurement protocol described in the NFS 31.084 standard entitled "Method for measuring sound levels in the workplace" (August 1987 and possible subsequent updates) with a tolerance of plus or minus 2 dB and taking into account correction for background noise.
The illustrative visuals and the sound result of the videotapes on this site are not contractual to the final acoustic result that you may obtain after using our products.
The colors are not contractual. The possible differences are related to the resolution of the screen.
AudiCare France cannot guarantee the same result without an acoustic study and any recommendation on our part.

Articles 6: Delivery terms and delivery times (Metropolitan France)
The products purchased on www.ridphonic.fr are delivered to the address that you will send to us and only in the countries that we deliver and in Metropolitan France. The buyer will therefore ensure that the information provided is correct. For Corse, consult us if necessary.

Any exceeding of the deadline can in no case give the right to compensation or the cancellation of the order in progress. If the desired product is not available, we will be able to offer you an equivalent product, if possible, in the same price range, or to proceed to your refund, at the customer's discretion. If we would have a delay in delivery or a momentary or final out-of-stock condition, we could not be held responsible.
Instead of reimbursement, you can if you wish opt for vouchers. In the case that your order is partially out-of-stock, we will deliver the available items of your order to you.
Terms and Transportation: ridphonic.fr reserves the right to split shipments. The participation in the processing and shipping costs will only be charged for one shipment. In the case of payment by credit card and split shipments, only the products shipped will be debited.
For products weighing more than 30 kg, delivery is made by our specialized carrier.

Article 9: Warranty
You benefit from the warranty against any manufacturing defect.
The invoice of your product is proof of purchase, it is imperative to keep it and to note the serial number of the product if necessary to benefit from the warranty.
